As part of our efforts to create a higher standard of living for Brazilians, we want the collaboration of architects, designers, artists...creative thinkers! We want to incorporate even more design to our projects of Costa do Gravata and Alameda dos Ipes that will be home to almost 1,500 families or 6,000 people, in almost 70 buildings divided in 4 groups.

What can I work with?
- Facade: Any colors, or materials you think necessary. Take into consideration where we are, the residents, the culture, and everything in your interpretation of our RECT7 concept
- Window frame:Chose between white and/or aluminum color window frames
- Windows move: You may have them 'scattered' as they are now, or all aligned vertically
- Empty Space: Incorporate an empty space of 7,00 m or 9,50 m wide by
2.90 height. If its done on the bottom corner, as the example below
(right hand building), it would show the columns, which again may be
covered by any material/color
- Elevator Top: There is a square on top of the building on the right. It is possible that some buildings have this 'box' pretruding as we will provide elevators on some buildings. We suggest you incoroprate design ideas for this 'box'.
- Terrace Color: The glass in the bottom of the terraces (note there is none on the bottom floor) which are colored (as an example) may have any design or color as we've already spoken to the manufacturer and they'll put whatever we need between the sheets of glass
