Permits in order
Although it was not easy to obtain environmental pre approval for such a unique location, we have nonetheless obtained pre approval to create a residential community of 18 condominium units. We will be redesigning our plans according to the changes suggested in parallel as we continue the permit process and obtaining the appropriate collaborators and investors.

Costa do Sol is Abramar’s ultra luxury development. There is no project in the vicinity that offers this level of amenities and comfort.
