Costa do Gravatá, Navegantes


The community of Costa do Gravata is located in Navegantes, the only city in the area with an airport (international too.) Navegantes sits on the banks of the Itajai-Acu river across from the city of Itajai. The area has enjoyed and continues to experience solid economic growth. In addition, Navegantes has received substantial funding for its port expansion and to rebuild after the flooding of 2008. Its city center is moving to Gravata.

Project Progress

We had the land appraised and approved by Acquaplan, the company that takes care of environmental licenses
We obtained the City Hall 'consulta de viabilidade' that shows that legally we can do a development on the land
The permit and planning process has confirmed the exact number of units. The neighborhood is part of the official expansion program of the city.  We expect to launch construction and sales in 2012.
