Yannick L. Rault, Co-Owner & CEO
Prior to investing in and joing Abramar Yannick L. Rault established Esmihogar, an intra-country (Ecuador/Spain) real estate brokering company for immigrants, which was eventually sold to Inmoferrocarril, an established Spanish developer. Yannick also served as principal of CAC Management, a US investment fund focused on trading and buy outs. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur he spent 10 years in the corporate world: Four years as director/manager at Ariba Inc in Europe & Middle East, four as manager/consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP in the US, and two as systems analyst at FedEx Latin America while attending University of Miami. He has been a featured speaker at Latin American real estate investment conferences in Miami and Sao Paulo, as well as TEDx Madrid, SIMO (Spains largest tech fair), EOI University, Google headquarters and a number of TV and radio programs. He has published a history book and business articles for Newsweek. Yannick holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in International Finance and Marketing, and minors in Computer Information Systems and Industrial Engineering.
Aristides Bertuol Netto, Co-Owner & COO
Aristides has an entrepreneurial background in construction, import/export, telecommunications, sales and finance in the U.S and Brazil in addition to years of experience investing in and developing residential real estate in Santa Catarina. Prior to pursuing real estate full time with the family company he worked at Intercraft Enterprises, SBA International and Fortuna Fund. He currently serves as chairman of Tell Free Communications (VOIP) and is part owner of Meber (a top metal company in Brazil), and Capoani Bertuol (shopping mall/apartment complex in Bento Goncalves). He co-founded the Industrial Commercial Association of Balneário Camboriú (ACIBALC) in 2002, served as treasurer for 4 years and currently sits on its board. Aristides holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and MBA with emphasis in Finance from Univali in Balneário Camboriú Brazil.
