Development Value of our AssetsOver the last couple of years we've performed in depth market analysis and examined the possibilities for large scale housing development in the state of Santa Catarina resulting in a pipeline of large projects to realize the state's full potential. In 2008 we started executing on the growth plans we set out in 2006. We track potential development value of our assets (only 'booking' the value once we have the pre-approval to allow development of the land).
