HIstorical investment information

We have had strong gains in real estate projects over the last 7 years. Our returns are double digit and the investment timeframe range is from 18 to 48 months.  We are open to share our gains with new potential investors and continue our expansion together.

Investment Opportunities

1. STRATEGIC – Minimum investment of R$10 million ($5 million) as a partner in one or more of our projects. We require such investors to have experience in the Real Estate sector.  We currently work with 2 funds with this profile (US and Swiss)
2. OFF PLAN – Invest directly into multiple units during the pre-sale stage, at a discount.  We will then help you with the resale (we reserve 1/5th of our units for investors that won't necessarily live in the unit).  We currently work with a number small investors of this sort from UK, France and Brazil
