develop out team. Abramar Sports Challenge"Healthy Body, Healthy mind!" is one of Abramar’s' basic philosophies. We ask our employees to perform at a very high level. The body needs to be constantly exercised to maintain a healthy balance of work to personal life. Our CEO was an athlete (and still trains like one at 6 am everyday) and with IT and HR developed the Abramar sports challenge; anyone from their mobile, work or at home can in less than 5 seconds enter their daily exercise routine and monitor their progress graphically. What we count as exercise is as diverse as our team; walking, dancing, surfing, paddle tennis, weight lifting... Top performers are rewarded monthly to further our friendly competitive atmosphere. English Challenge A program provided by HR to develop and cultivate the English language (business
language) among all the Abramar team members. As the global business world gets
smaller, the need for bi-lingual team members increases. We at
Abramar embrace this change. We offer our employees English lessons at our
office during office hours. Through our HR online portal we mange our employees
progress graphically by analysis of their progress. We reward the top performs in
grade point average and the highest number of lessons completed during class
time. This cultivates our competitive mindset and is a fun and rewarding way
for our employees to better their own lives both privately and professionally.
